Ubisoft does not abandon the brand Watch Dogs
Perhaps you've heard yesterday that Ubisoft allegedly issued waiver of trademark Watch Dogs, on which is due out this spring, the first game on the PC and all consoles.
Although the disclaimer on the brand really exists, Ubisoft has filed a protest to the office Patent and Trademark Office United States, claiming that the refusal was issued illegally.
"On February 1, 2014 received a letter from Ubisoft TEAS@uspto.gov , Ubisoft Entertainment notifying that the request for waiver has been issued in respect of an application number 85642398. request for waiver was allegedly signed by the Executive Director of Ubisoft Entertainment - Yves Guillemot " - says Ubisoft.
"But Mr. Guillemot did not sign such failures, as well as Ubisoft Entertainment will not be issued for a waiver, which was not done and our representatives."
Ubisoft insists that such a document - it is a scam, and Ubisoft demanded ignore this document.
