DICE finally deal with the problem Battlefield 4?

In December, EA announced that delays all add-ons for Battlefield 4 to first solve all the problems of the game and make it as stable as possible, since after the release of so many gamers complained about constant complexity as the client-side and server.
Yesterday the publisher announced a new addition - Naval Strike, which will be released in March.

This DLC will include new weapons, gadgets, vehicles and four new maps: Lost Island, Nansha Strike, Wave Breaker and Operation Mortar.

Does this mean that DICE / EA finally figured out all the problems? Given that only today came another update for the PC-version, it is quite possible that there were only very minor fixes specific to each platform.

Do you still play in Battlefield 4? What can you say about stability?
