Terms

This Agreement governs your use of materials and services for users Site shazoo.ru  (hereinafter - the "Site").

1.General conditions

1.1. Use of materials and services of the Site is regulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer. Getting access to the Site, the User is considered to have acceded to this Agreement.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement shall be construed as establishing between the User and Site Administration agency relationship, partnership relations on joint activity, relations of employment or any other relations, not expressly provided for by the Agreement.

3.3. Recognition by the court of any provisions of this Agreement invalid or unenforceable shall not entail the invalidity of the other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on the part of the Site Administration for violations of any of the provisions of the Members shall not deprive the Site Administration the right to take appropriate action later in the protection of their interests and the protection of copyright in protected under the laws of materials on the Site.

User confirms that he is familiar with all the items of this Agreement and unconditionally accepts them.

Denial of responsibility
